Shipping
Our Process:
The Lees Cellar is a small team of four people. It takes us 2-5 days to process your order. Once an order is sent out for shipping, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is on its way.
Regarding sustainability:
We are doing our part to ensure that all of our shipping and packaging material is plastic free. Any non biodegradable or recyclable items are designed with the potential for reuse in mind and we encourage you to do so!
Shipping cost responsibility:
The shipping cost and tax of your item will be included in your checkout price. There will be no price adjustment surprises post checkout unless you require the follow: special shipping instructions that accrue addition costs, expedited shipping requests. Please contact us at team@theleescellar.com if you have a shipping request.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for your item being lost, stolen or damaged. In the event of this occurrence, please email us at team@theleescellar.com and we will assist you by providing the information needed to file a claim with with USPS. We will not be able to provide a refund for your order.
Return & Exchange:
Our Policy:
All sales are final. We understand that unfortunate events happen! We want to have an open ear to how we can make the experience better and we encourage you to reach out. That said, we are unable to refund, exchange, or accept returns at this time. We do not accept cancellations.
